Briscola Arena offers CPU play and online features, including rankings and customizations. These terms describe use of the service and should be read with the privacy policy. The service is operated by the controller named at the top of this page. Briscola Arena is free, requires no purchases with real money and is not gambling: it offers no cash prizes. By using the app you accept these terms. By creating an account you accept these terms and declare that you are at least 14 or have the consent of the person with parental responsibility.

Use only accounts you own and protect access to your Apple or Google provider. Do not use offensive usernames, harassment, spam, exploits, unfair automation or agreements to manipulate results and rewards. Blocking and reporting features let you report abuse. Integrity checks may exclude suspicious results, and moderation may restrict access under these terms.

Coins and cosmetics are virtual content earned by playing and intended for use in the game; the app offers no cash conversion or transfers between players. At present coins cannot be bought with real money and there are no advertising rewards: if we introduce them, we will publish a new version of these terms first. Connectivity, maintenance and external services can affect online features. Interrupted matches and forfeits are handled under game rules and may affect results. You can request account deletion using the dedicated page; accepted requests cannot be cancelled. Deletion removes access to linked data and content according to the technical process.

The app, artwork, characters, sounds and texts belong to the controller or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your device. Do not copy, modify or extract the content, bypass protections or use the app commercially.

If these terms are breached we may restrict or suspend an account or exclude results and rewards, telling you where possible; to protect the integrity of the game some measures may not be notified immediately. You can appeal a measure by writing to the contact on this page: we will review the request and reply within one month.

We may update, change or discontinue features of the service; for material changes to these terms we publish a new version with its effective date and, where possible, flag it in the app or on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law or your mandatory consumer rights.

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence remain unaffected and the competent court is that of your residence or domicile; in other cases the courts of Rome have jurisdiction.

Consumer information. Briscola Arena is free and, at present, sells no content for real money and shows no advertising: coins and cosmetics are earned by playing. If we later introduce purchases or advertising, we will first publish a new version of these documents with its effective date and flag it in the app; purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play, with the consumer protections that apply to digital content.
